President

Douglas Olson is the President and owner of Cy-Con, Inc., a general contracting and concrete restoration company known for its commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction. With a background in project management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Doug brings both technical expertise and leadership to every job site.

He began his journey with Cy-Con in 1998 and, through years of dedication and experience, became the company’s sole owner in 2015. Since taking full ownership of Cy-Con, Inc. Doug has guided the company’s growth with a focus on delivering reliable, cost-effective solutions for a wide range of construction and restoration projects. His leadership has helped establish Cy-Con as a trusted partner throughout the region.

Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his four children, traveling the world, golfing, boating and attending sporting events—always finding time to stay active and connected beyond the business.
