Cole Traynor

Superintendent

Cole Traynor has been with Cy-Con, Inc. since June 2001 – the Monday after his high school graduation and brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in concrete restoration. Throughout his career, he has led a wide range of projects across the Twin Cities—from restoring historic landmarks to enhancing modern structures. Cole takes great pride in being part of a team known for its quality, reliability, and commitment to craftsmanship since 1969.

Outside of work, Cole enjoys supporting his two daughters in basketball, softball, and hockey. He also gives back to the community as a coach for youth and high school softball. Cole and his fiancée, Carly, are currently planning their wedding for August 2026—an exciting new project he’s proud to take on.
