Bradley Westerberg began his career with Cy-Con, Inc. in 2006 as a field employee and quickly demonstrated his leadership potential within the construction industry. After advancing through the ranks to become one of the company’s top foremen, Bradley transitioned into project management in 2016, where he continues to excel. Known for his dedication and integrity, he has cultivated lasting relationships across both public and private sectors, consistently delivering high- quality results.

Outside of work, Bradley is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. A passionate endurance runner, he has completed events like Ragnar, marathons and two 100-mile races, with his eyes now set on conquering a 200-mile race to earn a coveted belt buckle. His drive and resilience, both on the job and in his personal pursuits, reflect his commitment to excellence and passion for pushing limits.
